Straightener Assembly

This roll former was converted from a tube line to forming 2x2” angle. The two adapter plates were fabricated to fit the brass part which is an off the shelf component, while still retaining the ability to adjust this assembly to guide the material through the mill and into a cutoff die. The black plastic bracket was also something that had to be custom made to house an optical sensor. This bracket was fabricated using 3D printing.
