I design manufacturable parts and assemblies using Fusion360 and Autodesk Inventor. I have machinist experience for 10+ years, so I have the real world knowledge of how parts are fabricated, which is critical for efficient and easily manufacturable design. With experience in both the aerospace and manufacturing industries, I am experienced in designing and building functional assemblies that are used to supplement manufacturing facilities. Most of my work is involved with rebuilding industrial machinery and fabricating manufacturing lines for factories. This includes Tool and Die design, as well as fabricating replacements for existing parts and designing and implementing solutions to further a process.
CAD design for single parts and complex assemblies, this includes full 3D models, detailed blueprint drawings, high quality renderings, and motion simulation
CAM programming with the ability to take a model, DXF file, or drawing and turn it into a program that a CNC mill, lathe, EDM, router, etc. can use to produce a finished part
3D Printing with a wide variety of engineering materials, from standard PLA or ABS to specialty materials like PA6 glass or carbon fiber, nylon filaments, carbon fiber, wood filled and many other exotic materials with the knowledge of which materials fit specific purposes
